Terms.

Last updated 25 April 2026. Sentinel is in closed beta. Full commercial terms (SLA, indemnities, processing addendum, data processing agreement) will ship before any tenant connects via Microsoft 365 OAuth. These beta terms cover use of the public site and the demo at cyber.pgintel.dev.

1. The product is in beta

The site, the live demo, and the agent recommendation API are provided as-is during beta. The demo runs against a fictional tenant with hardcoded data; no real Microsoft 365 access is performed. We are not yet a commercial offering, do not yet bill, and do not yet sign engagement letters. We will be, soon.

2. Beta access and pricing

During the beta period (until commercial launch in Q3 2026):
  • You may reserve any of the published Starter / Growth / Scale plans at the displayed price, locked for the duration of your subscription.
  • The 14-day free trial begins when you connect your first Microsoft 365 tenant via OAuth (which ships in Q3 2026). No credit card required to reserve a plan.
  • Annual billing is invoiced in SGD with GST broken out separately for SG-registered businesses.
  • You may cancel at any time. Refunds are pro-rated by full unused months remaining; the first 30 days of any annual subscription are fully refundable, no questions asked.

3. Intellectual property

You own your data and your client’s data. We own the Sentinel software, design, scoring rubrics, control mappings, and the agent prompts. Findings generated against your tenant are yours to use freely — including white-labeled redistribution to your client.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • Use the demo to attempt to scan tenants you do not have authority to assess.
  • Reverse engineer the agent prompts or scoring rubrics for the purpose of building a competing product. Independent learning and inspiration are fine; clean-room replication is not.
  • Misrepresent Sentinel findings as the conclusions of an independent third-party auditor unless you also retain such an auditor.

5. No warranty during beta

The beta is provided without warranty. We will be honest about what works and what does not. We will fix things fast. But we do not promise uptime SLAs, defect-free output, or fitness for any particular regulatory submission until v1 commercial terms are signed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability arising from your use of the beta is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during beta is zero. After v1 launches and you become a paying customer, commercial liability terms will be agreed in writing.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a phone call between us will be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
