The fine print, in plain English.
How is ‘tenant’ counted?+
One tenant = one Microsoft 365 organisation that you actively scan. If you only run a scan once for a prospective client and never again, that doesn’t count. Tenant count is measured monthly based on tenants that received at least one scan in the billing period.
When do I actually start paying?+
OAuth integration ships Q3 2026. You can lock in your plan and price today; the first charge happens when you connect your first M365 tenant after OAuth ships. No credit card required to reserve a plan during beta.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?+
After the trial ends, you continue at your selected plan tier with monthly or annual billing. Cancel any time, no questions asked. If you cancel before any tenant scan in a given month, that month is refunded automatically.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your tenant count grows past your plan’s limit, we’ll proactively suggest the upgrade rather than auto-charge you the next tier.
Annual vs monthly billing?+
Annual saves you 15%. Monthly is paid in advance, no commitment. Both invoices are issued in SGD with GST broken out separately for SG-registered businesses.
Do you offer volume discounts beyond Scale?+
Yes. The Enterprise tier covers 100+ tenants, with custom pricing, dedicated infrastructure if requested, and bespoke data-residency arrangements. Talk to us.
Refund policy?+
Money-back within the first 30 days, no questions asked. After that, refunds are pro-rated by full unused months remaining in your annual plan. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime; the current month is not refunded but billing stops immediately.
Do I need to be SG-incorporated to buy?+
No. We invoice in SGD and the product is built for the SG compliance regime, but billing works for any incorporated entity globally. Most of our buyers are SG-based MSPs serving SG SMBs.
